John Loke

John Loke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Core Concepts Singapore since May 2021, John previously held the position of Team Manager at Agoda from May 2019 to April 2021. Earlier in the career, John worked as an Agency Manager at AXA from June 2016 to May 2019 and as a Business Development Manager and Contact Center Team Manager at AIG from March 2010 to June 2016. John holds a Diploma in Marketing from the Management Development Institute of Singapore, completed between 2014 and 2015.
