Ryan Huizing

Ryan Huizing has been in the professional workforce since 2003, when they began a role as Research at DuPont Canada. In 2005, they moved to dPoint Technologies Inc. as Director of Research and Development. In 2017, they became Director of Research and Development at CORE Energy Recovery Solutions. In 2018, they took on the role of Director at dPoint Humidifiers, as well as Adjunct Professor at The University of British Columbia.

Ryan Huizing began their educational journey in 2000 when they enrolled at Queen's University and earned a B.A.Sc. in Engineering Chemistry in 2005. Ryan then attended the University of Waterloo and obtained an M.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering in 2007. In 2011, they began their Ph.D. at The University of British Columbia in Materials Engineering, which they completed in 2016. In 2012, they obtained the P.Eng. certification from APEGBC.
