Michael Frantz

Michael Frantz has had diverse work experiences over the years, including working as a TAC Lead for Core Government Services, searching for new opportunities while self-employed, and serving as Maneuver Team Manager and Staff Trainer, Manager of the Training Development Branch, and Capstone Exercise and Curriculum Integrator/Team Lead for Vinnell Arabia. Prior to that, they worked as JIEDDO Enabler Team Lead for MCTP's Operations Group Bravo and Foxtrot for A-T Solutions and as Military Analyst/Trainer for Operations Group Alpha, Mission Command Training Program for BAE Systems, Inc. Michael also served as Deputy Commander and the Chief of the Command and Control Warfighting Function for the Operations Group Alpha. Michael'sexperiences also include working as the Chief of Organizations and Concepts Branch for the Directorate of Training, Doctrine, Combat Developments and Experimentation and the Deputy Director for Strategic Plans (CJ-5) for Combined Forces Security Command-Afghanistan. In addition, they served as Deputy Director for Concepts, Organizations, Training, and Doctrine Directorate for Unit of Action Maneuver Battle Lab and as Deputy Brigade Commander for Unit of Action Experimental Element.

Michael Frantz attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1981 to 1985 where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management. Michael then pursued further education, attending Louisiana Tech University from 1995 to 1996, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology.
