Jacob Sweeney

Jacob Sweeney is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in recruitment, leadership, and nonprofit initiatives. Currently serving as Executive Director at Core Group Resources since May 2021, Jacob leads the development of a non-profit initiative aimed at supporting second-chance candidates. Previous roles include Senior Recruitment Consultant, where Jacob achieved a 98% success rate in candidate placements, and Director at Xpansion, providing strategic consulting to over 100 organizations. Jacob's career also includes project management at AT&T, adjunct teaching positions at two universities, and operations management in various organizations. Jacob holds a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary and master's and bachelor's degrees in Non-Profit Management and Biblical Studies, respectively.
