Phillip Leine

Phillip Leine is an experienced maritime professional with a diverse background in navigation and offshore operations. Currently serving as Master/Chief Mate/DPO at Core Group Resources since February 2023, Phillip has held several senior roles including DPO at Bourbon Horizon from September 2023 to February 2024, and Chief Mate/SDPO/DPO at Valaris plc from June 2013 to October 2020. Additional experience includes Chief Mate/SDPO positions at Siem Offshore and BOURBON OFFSHORE, and earlier roles as 2 Mate/DPO at both Siem Offshore and Rem Offshore. Phillip began their career after earning a Navigation Certificate from Ålesund maritime skole between 2003 and 2005, specializing in Subsea Construction, Diving, and ROV operations throughout various positions in the maritime sector.
