Zakhele Mncwabe

Zakhele Mncwabe serves as the IT Operations Manager at Core Group Southern Africa since April 2022. Previously, Zakhele held the position of Head of Information Technology at Outworx Contact Centre and was responsible for information systems management, IT security governance, and stakeholder management. Zakhele's experience also includes a role as Information System Service Delivery Manager at Primedia Broadcasting, where oversight of service delivery processes was a key function. With a background in system administration and software customization from positions at FNB South Africa, Crux Integration Services, and earlier at Primedia Broadcasting, Zakhele has built a robust career in IT management and consulting. Zakhele's educational background includes a Baccalaureus Science degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University of Durban Westville and a Programme for Management Development from GIBS Business School.
