Ken Eastman

Ken Eastman has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of information technology. Ken currently holds the position of Chief Information Officer at Core Health & Fitness, where they are responsible for all technology initiatives for the global organization. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Global Business Technology at the same company.

Before joining Core Health & Fitness, Ken worked at Knowledge Universe as the Director of IT - Strategic Business Partnerships. In this role, they established and maintained clear business-IT alignment for multiple lines-of-business and shared services organizations.

Ken also served as the Director of IT - Business Relations at The Standard, where they successfully established and maintained strong collaborative relationships with executive, senior, and middle management. Ken played a crucial role in understanding the missions of various departments and aligning IT initiatives accordingly.

In addition, Ken worked at DFS Group as the Director of IT - Business Support - US Group, where they drove IT to become an integral part of Group leadership and proposed solutions to leverage existing technologies.

Ken's earlier experience includes senior leadership roles at Hollywood Entertainment, where they served as the Senior Director of Strategic Planning and Director of Store Systems & IT Administration. In these positions, they played a key role in developing and executing strategic initiatives, driving revenue growth, and improving customer satisfaction.

Prior to Hollywood Entertainment, Ken worked at GTE as the Manager of Technical Business Response. In this role, they led the Technical Business Response group and successfully increased revenues from mid-sized and largest customers in the Northwest region. Ken also played a significant role in improving the win-rate on major RFPs by focusing teams and improving response times.
