Jacob Shellman is a data analyst and project analyst at CORE Health since March 2021, bringing extensive experience in various analytical and managerial roles. Prior experience includes serving as a foster parent in Dawson County from November 2013 to March 2021 and working as a logistician for ADRA DRC in 2008, where oversight of building materials production for educational and health facilities was key. Jacob began a career in public health with an internship at the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health, focusing on food security for low-income families, and directed an impact study for the Rural Outreach Programme’s Dairy Project, securing significant grant funding. Previous roles also included administrative services at Talent Tree and co-founding HELP International, where micro-finance programs were developed. Jacob holds an MPH from Loma Linda University, an MBA from TUI University, and a BS in Dietetics from Brigham Young University.

CORE Health is an outpatient behavioral health agency with locations in the Cowlitz County and Lewis County communities with services and programs designed to meet clients where they’re, physically and mentally. CORE Health offers a wide range of behavioral health services, including: Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Brief Intervention Therapy, Recovery Peer Support, Case Management, Medication Management, Supportive Housing, Supported Employment and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Working closely with the Community House on Broadway homeless shelter and the local schools, CORE Health provides wrap around services to the homeless and youth populations in the Cowlitz County and Lewis County communities.
