Carissa (DeJacimo) Walker is a seasoned professional in private equity and business development with extensive experience in the lower middle-market sector. Currently serving as Principal at CORE Industrial Partners since July 2017, Carissa focuses on investments in manufacturing, industrial technology, and industrial services. Prior to this role, Carissa held various positions, including Vice President of Business Development at Akoya Capital Partners, LLC, and Managing Director at BOSI Global. Additionally, Carissa worked as Director of Research at Akoya Capital Partners and as Director of Operations at ADAR IT, contributing to innovative IT solutions. Carissa's career began at Cook M&A Advisory Services, where responsibilities included overseeing the research team and business development initiatives. Carissa is an alumnus of DePaul University and Tulane University.
