Russ Dillion

Russ Dillion serves as the Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Operations at CORE Industrial Partners, having assumed this role in August 2025. Prior to this position, Russ held various leadership roles at Platinum Equity, including Principal and Senior Vice President of Portfolio Operations, contributing to operational excellence from May 2018 to February 2025. At Vertiv Co, Russ was the Chief Transformation Officer for the Americas, focusing on operational improvements and growth initiatives from August 2017 to April 2018. Russ's career began at AlixPartners in 2006, rising through the ranks to Director and earning recognition for expertise in decision support modeling and analytics. Academically, Russ holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics from Wake Forest University.
