Joe Wegener

Joe Wegener has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Joe worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Core-Mark International, where they provided guidance on people strategies, union avoidance, and employee benefits and compensation. Joe also served as the VP/Director of Human Resources at ADT Security Services, overseeing an employee population of over 5,000 and leading various HR functions including employee relations, management development, compensation, and labor contract negotiations. Prior to that, Joe worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager at McKesson.

Joe Wegener has a BA degree in History and Business from Sir Wilfred Laurier University.
