Colton Cook

Colton Cook is an experienced professional in the mining and natural resources sector, currently serving as the Director of Process Improvement at Core Natural Resources since January 2025. Previously, Colton held the same title at Arch Resources, Inc., where tenure included Project Engineer responsibilities. Prior to that, Colton worked as a Mining Engineer at LG&E and KU Energy LLC and has extensive experience from Arch Coal, Inc., where roles included Production Superintendent, Project Manager, Resident Engineer, and Intern. Colton holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Kentucky and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Louisville, expected to complete in May 2025.
