Doug Simpson has a diverse work experience in the real estate and financial industry. Doug began their career in 2009 as a Loan Officer at Veterans United Home Loans before transitioning to Wells Fargo Advisors in 2012 as a Financial Associate. Later that year, they joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Sr. Facilities Specialist, and in 2014, they became a Sr. Transaction Coordinator. In 2017, they joined Core Properties as an Acquisition Specialist before being promoted to Vice President of Sales & Acquisitions in 2019.

After graduating from high school, they went on to the University of Missouri, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Banking. Doug attended the university from 2005 to 2009.
