Additional experience includes Chief Engineer at TPA Realty Services, Supervising Engineer at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Senior Engineer at Equity Office Properties, and roles as an Engineer 2 and Night Supervisor at Four Seasons and The Ritz-Carlton respectively. Joel also operated an independent business focused on home renovations from March 1999 to October 2000.

The firm is led by a very well capitalized group of seasoned real estate professionals with significant experience in retail, multi-family, office and hospitality product types. This broad range of experience helps the team as it analyzes the complete scope of each investment. In early 2008, the firm’s principals made a strategic decision to divest most of their real estate holdings in order to be well capitalized for future deals. The decision has left the firm with no legacy issues and the ability to be forward looking.
