Joel Blackard has extensive experience in engineering leadership, currently serving as Vice President Of Engineering and Chief Engineer at Core Property Capital since April 2018. Prior to this role, Joel held positions including Director Of Engineering at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from August 2017 to April 2018 and Assistant Director of Engineering at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from January 2011 to August 2017. Additional experience includes Chief Engineer at TPA Realty Services, Supervising Engineer at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Senior Engineer at Equity Office Properties, and roles as an Engineer 2 and Night Supervisor at Four Seasons and The Ritz-Carlton respectively. Joel also operated an independent business focused on home renovations from March 1999 to October 2000.
