Nathan Medley is a finance student at Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, expected to graduate in December 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Currently serving as the Executive Treasurer of the Georgia Tech Real Estate Club and as a REPE Investment Analyst at Core Property Capital, Nathan has developed dynamic pro-forma cash flow models and conducted underwriting for commercial real estate deals, managing a portfolio exceeding $250 million. Previous roles include Chapter President of Gamma Eta Beta Theta Pi, where Nathan led a top-performing organization and managed a significant budget, as well as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Truist Securities focused on credit commitments. Experience also includes a financial analyst internship at Core Property Capital and a student assistant position at the Georgia Institute of Technology, demonstrating strong leadership, financial acumen, and event management skills.

The partners of the firm have owned and operated Commercial Real Estate since 1998 with vast experience in development and income acquisitions throughout the United States in all asset classes. Core Property Capital is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with an office in Naples, Florida. The firm is led by a very well capitalized group of seasoned real estate professionals with significant experience in retail, multi-family, office and hospitality product types. This broad range of experience helps the team as it analyzes the complete scope of each investment. In early 2008, the firm’s principals made a strategic decision to divest most of their real estate holdings in order to be well capitalized for future deals. The decision has left the firm with no legacy issues and the ability to be forward looking.
