Harold Durbin

Harold Durbin has extensive experience in customer service and case management, currently serving as a Case Manager at CORE Services Group, Inc. since April 2018. Prior roles include Technical Service Representative at Sprint Nextel from 2004 to 2011 and Customer Service Representative at Time Warner Inc. from October 2002 to February 2004. Harold holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Webster Technical College, completed between 2001 and 2003, and attended the College of the Desert from 1998 to 2001.

CORE’s case managers and program staff help clients use available programming to improve life skills, gain/regain interpersonal and employability skills, develop financial skills; develop or enhance job skills, access livable wage jobs, and permanent or transitional housing.  CORE services more than 1000 clients within emergency, transitional and shelter-based housing. CORE provides case management and the provision of vocational and other supportive services to New York, Florida , Pennsylvania and Washington, DC most vulnerable and homeless families, single adults and runaway youth.
