Jennifer Holmes

Jennifer Holmes is an accomplished financial and operational leader with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Core Spaces since October 2022, Jennifer previously held the role of Chief Accounting Officer at Urban Edge Properties from December 2014 to October 2022. Prior to this, Jennifer spent over a decade at Deloitte & Touche LLP, progressing from Audit Senior to Audit Senior Manager. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the Wisconsin School of Business, earned between 1999 and 2003.
