Chad Russell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chad is currently serving as the Vice President of Accounting at Core Specialty Insurance Holdings, Inc. Chad joined the company in August 2022. Prior to this, Chad held various roles at Ohio National Financial Services between 2007 and 2022, including Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, 2nd Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, 2nd Vice President of Management Reporting and Stat Reporting, and AVP of Accounting Policy. Before joining Ohio National Financial Services, Chad worked at Cincinnati Financial Corporation as a Financial Reporting Manager and Senior Internal Auditor. Chad began their career at Deloitte as a Senior Auditor and also gained experience as a Management Reporting Co-op at Chiquita Brands International, Inc.
Chad Russell has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business. Chad also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Xavier University. In terms of additional certifications, Chad has obtained the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification from the Association for Financial Professionals. Chad is also pursuing the CGMA certification and has certifications in Certified Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Professional (FP&) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
