Rob Rugen

Rob Rugen is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Underwriting Manager at Core Specialty Insurance Holdings, Inc. since May 2024. Prior to this role, Rugen worked as a Consultant Underwriter at Nautilus Insurance Group from November 2022 to July 2024 and held the position of Managing Director at Ategrity Specialty Insurance Company, overseeing the Contract Bind Department from July 2020 to July 2024. Rugen's experience also includes significant roles at IAT Insurance Group, from January 2016 to July 2020, where Rugen served as AVP of the Underwriting Department and previously as Manager of Contract Binding/Large Property. Rugen began their career as a Senior Insurance Underwriter at Scottsdale Insurance Company from 1998 to March 2014. Educationally, Rugen attended Scottsdale Community College from 1989 to 1991.
