Michael Brown, MASCL, serves as the CEO and Principal Consultant at Insight Leadership Group, where the focus is on developing leaders' soft skills and leveraging their strengths. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Michael has been a Master Facilitator at Core Strengths since November 2020 and previously served as Lead Minister at Thrive Christian Church, which aimed to engage those who typically do not attend church. Michael's background includes positions such as Writer/Facilitator at SVI, Training Manager at Mitchell Communications Group, and Administrative Minister at North Liberty Church of Christ. Educated with a Master's degree in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Literature from Ozark Christian College, Michael has contributed to leadership development through seminars and teaching assistant roles at universities.
