Terry Cherrington

Terry Cherrington has been with the Royal Air Force (RAF) since May 1997, serving in various roles including Head of Service Leavers Engagement, Innovation Lead for Talent Concepts & Development, and several junior non-commissioned officer positions. Additional responsibilities have included roles in personnel support, infrastructure, and registry operations. Terry currently contributes as a Facilitator for Core Strengths and engages with The Percy Hobart Fellowship as an Innovation Alumni and former Innovation Intern, participating in a program focused on the intersection of innovation, technology, and defense. Previous experience also includes an internship at GoodBox from January to March 2022. Education was completed at Ysgol Gyfun Ystalyfera from 1991 to 1997.
