Rebeca M.

Rebeca M.'s work experience begins in 2006 as an HR Supervisor for Cadena de Supermercados La Antorcha. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as an HR Manager for Grupo Plastico del Atlantico, where they oversaw HR operations and implemented career development programs. In 2014, they became a Human Resources Manager at STARTEK, where they transformed HR into a strategic business partner and managed HR strategy for 2500 employees. Rebeca later became a Senior Human Resources Manager for STARTEK, focusing on HR strategy and infrastructure. In 2017, they joined Feed the Children as an International Talent Acquisition and HR Manager for LATAM, and later became the International Talent Acquisition and HR Director for LATAM, AFRICA & Philippines. In 2019, they founded Moxie Recruitment and served as the Founder and Talent Acquisition Lead. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Consultant at SD Worx and will become the Talent Acquisition Lead in 2023.

Rebeca M. completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Universidad Tecnológica de Honduras in 2005. In 2019-2020, they furthered their education by obtaining an HR Analyst degree from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR. Rebeca also holds additional certifications in the fields of the future of work, managing one's career, mentoring others, and performance-based hiring from various institutions such as AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR and LinkedIn.
