Core Strengths
Tim Scudder, PhD, serves as Principal and Author at Core Strengths since 1995, specializing in relationship-building and conflict management tools, including the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI). As a Fellow at Fielding Graduate University's Institute for Social Innovation since 2013 and a member of the Advisory Board at Alliant International University's Center for Developing the Leaders We Need from 2011 to 2012, Tim contributes to research aimed at fostering socially responsible leadership. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Accountant at Conrad & Associates from 1989 to 1991, focusing on audits and compliance for municipalities and training organizations. Tim Scudder holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems and an MA in Human Development from Fielding Graduate University, as well as a BA in Accounting and Art from Cal State Fullerton.
