Greg Keeney has worked in the professional field since 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at Stop & Shop as a Cashier, Customer Service, ACSDH, and Cash Office Back-up. Greg's duties included working a cash register and working with customers, managing the front end giving out breaks and helping cashiers, and working the service desk helping customers with refunds, sending money, etc.

In 2016, they began working at Core Technology Solutions in a variety of roles. As a Project Engineer, they created and managed internal user accounts within Salesforce, Office 365, and Active Directory, determined what was needed for successful project kickoffs, piloted new projects and installs, and recorded video of pilot sites and created unique training videos. As a Training Manager, they trained and prepared technicians for installs and cutovers, and engineered scalable ways of training hundreds of techs across all projects. As Project Support, they supported hundreds of tickets a day, collected necessary data for clients, worked with customers and technicians to install hundreds of networks, and collected collateral from onsite techs and provided it to the client.

Greg Keeney attended Passaic County Community College from 2011 to 2013, studying Computer Science. Greg then attended Rutgers University from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology and Informatics with a Specialization in Game Production and Innovation.
