Prior to this role, James held various positions in the field of IT and digital transformation, including serving as a Digital Transformation Lead and Technical Architect at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust. With a strong background in IT support and system administration, James has worked in roles such as IT Systems Engineer at Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and IT Support Engineer at Salford PCT. James obtained a HNC in Computing from The University of Manchester in 2001 and has a solid academic foundation from completing A levels at The Ridge danyers College and Aquinas College.
