Justin Blakely, PMP, is an experienced professional in contracts and compliance, currently serving as Vice President at Core4ce since April 2020, after previously holding the position of Director in the same area. Prior to Core4ce, Justin worked at ECS from May 2017 to April 2020 as a Lead Project Analyst and Contracts Administrator. Justin’s career also includes roles as a Management Analyst at Gateway Ventures, Inc., where support was provided to SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic, and as a Financial Analyst at Ultra Electronics, Advanced Tactical Systems, focusing on program management and financial documentation. Additionally, Justin served as a Jr. Project Manager at Vista Technical Services, handling financial analyses and contract life cycles for government contracts.
