Raphael Vaz

Raphael Vaz is a UX/UI Designer with extensive experience in enhancing consumer journeys and digital interfaces. Currently employed at CoreBiz since June 2022, Raphael focuses on improving the purchasing experience for Whirlpool's Brastemp brand. Previously, at Opah IT, from August 2021 to June 2022, responsibilities included developing prototypes and digital interfaces for financial systems and applications. Prior to that, Raphael held multiple roles at Atento Brasil from November 2017 to August 2021, including Supervisor of Operations and Technical Consultant, where management of large teams and support for customer service operations were key responsibilities. Raphael possesses formal education in Information Technology and web programming and is currently furthering expertise in UI design.
