Kathryn Bray

Kathryn Bray is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal IT communications and corporate communications. Currently serving as Senior Director of Internal IT Communications at Corebridge Financial since September 2022, Kathryn previously held the same title at AIG for a short period in 2022. Prior to that, Kathryn amassed nearly a decade of experience at TIAA, progressing through various roles from Communications Associate to Senior Director, managing communications strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as Communications Specialist at Weddington United Methodist Church and Social Media Manager at Family Dollar, where Kathryn developed social media strategies and executed internal communications. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Appalachian State University.
