Monika Racz

Monika Racz is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as the Head of Private Equity & Co-Investments - Senior Managing Director at Corebridge Financial since July 2023. Prior to this role, Monika spent over 12 years at AIG Investments, advancing from Vice President to Managing Director and ultimately leading the Private Equity division. Monika's experience also includes a position as Assistant Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on private equity fund services, and an extensive tenure at MetLife where roles ranged from Analyst to Senior Associate, conducting financial analysis and due diligence on various investment products. Monika holds an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University and a BS in General Business with a minor in International from The College of New Jersey.
