Salvatore Tollis

Salvatore Tollis currently serves as Head of Alternatives (Legal), Managing Director, and Deputy General Counsel - Investments at Corebridge Financial since 2024, overseeing a team that provides legal counsel for private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, direct equity, and co-investment transactions. Previously, Salvatore spent nearly two decades at AIG, holding roles such as Head of Alternatives (Legal) and Associate General Counsel, where responsibilities included managing legal matters for the Alternatives, Equity, and External Mandates group. Earlier legal experience includes positions at Hogan Lovells and Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. Salvatore holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a BA in English and Philosophy from Boston College.
