Weiwei Yang

Weiwei Yang is an experienced actuarial associate at Corebridge Financial since July 2023. Previously served as deputy director at CSMAR Data Technology, leading a team focused on maintaining and upgrading a financial big data platform used by over 500 universities, with an emphasis on data visualization and applications. Earlier roles include senior researcher and financial engineer at Pingan Bank, where financial modeling and big data platform development were key responsibilities. Weiwei also held the position of research assistant professor at Southern University of Science and Technology, conducting advanced simulations with significant performance improvements, and worked as an analyst and software engineer at Prudential Financial. Weiwei holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Science and Technology of China.
