Rahul Garkisar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the IT industry. Rahul began their career in 2014 as a Technical Associate at Smriti Netcom - India, where they gained foundational technical skills. In 2017, they transitioned to become a Service Desk Engineer L1 at 1ICT Pty Ltd, where they handled incoming help requests and provided support to end users.
In 2021, Rahul joined Potomac Technologies as a Service Helpdesk Engineer, where they assisted IT staff with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop and laptop computers, as well as peripheral equipment and software. Rahul also collaborated with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues and ensured seamless connectivity between systems.
Currently, Rahul is working as a Sr. Analyst at CoreCard Software, Inc. Since their start in August 2022, they have been responsible for investigating and diagnosing incidents and service requests, recording and classifying incidents, and communicating with users about incident statuses.

Rahul Garkisar pursued their education chronologically, starting with their high school education from 2006 to 2008. Rahul attended Mansarovar Public School and focused on the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM). Following that, they furthered their studies at Trinity Institute Of Technology & Research, where they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology from 2008 to 2012.
