Mark Smolenski

Mark is the chief financial officer at Medcor and has played a critical role in senior executive teams of privately-held companies. He is the board secretary for CoreCentric Solutions.

His expertise includes strategic planning, corporate finance, acquisitions, restructuring and new venture investment. Prior to his current CFO role at Medcor, Mark’s other executive positions include the chief financial officer at Rabine Group, a director at Abundant Venture Partners and the chief investment officer at Axios Investments, LLC.

In addition to his board secretary post at CoreCentric Solutions, he serves as a board member for Talisman Systems Group, Inc. and Medcor Canada.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Illinois and received his Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
