Amanda Gilchrist

Amanda Gilchrist is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in ethics, compliance risk management, and public relations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Ethics and Compliance Risk Management and ESG Reporting at CoreCivic since March 2023, Amanda previously held the position of Vice President at FINN Partners from 2021 to 2023, where leadership of a dedicated team focused on social impact communications and client brand reputation was prioritized. Prior roles include Director of Public Affairs at CoreCivic (2017-2021), Senior Public Relations Manager at Fifth Third Bank (2011-2017), and Public Information Officer for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (2006-2011). Amanda also has a foundation in communications from the State of Tennessee (2001-2006), where responsibilities included managing media relations for state agencies. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Public Relations from The University of Georgia.
