Jennifer Williams

Jennifer Williams is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation management and leadership. Currently serving as Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Litigation at CoreCivic since March 2018, Jennifer leads the Operations Litigation and Investigations Counsel teams, focusing on non-employment litigation. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as Litigation Counsel (Contract) at HCA Healthcare, overseeing commercial litigation management, and held the position of Vice President of Litigation at Correct Care Solutions, where responsibilities included non-employment litigation and risk management. Jennifer's earlier career includes roles as Associate Attorney at Allen Kopet & Boyd and Leitner, Williams, Dooley & Napolitan, PLLC, specializing in workers' compensation and general liability defense. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Business Transactions from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Science in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Radford University.
