Richard Crouch

Richard Crouch has extensive experience in operations finance and vocational training. Since May 2005, Richard has held managerial roles at CoreCivic, overseeing the business department's financial, accounting, and general business activities, in addition to serving as a vocational instructor, teaching inmates essential job skills. Prior to joining CoreCivic, Richard served in the US Army from August 1984 to January 2005, achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class (SFC) as an engineer and taking on several leadership positions during combat tours in notable operations such as Desert Storm/Desert Shield and Iraqi Freedom. Richard holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix-Dallas, a BA in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University, and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Central Texas College.
