Roger Woolett

Roger Woolett is an experienced professional in human resources governance, systems, and project management, currently serving as Managing Director at CoreCivic since July 2015, where responsibilities include leading merger and acquisition integration activities. Previously, Roger held various leadership roles at Amgen from 1990 to 2014, including Director of Global Project Management in R&D and leading major enterprise software upgrades and transformational initiatives. Key accomplishments include overseeing the development of global program management standards, managing extensive budgets, and implementing operational excellence initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings. Roger holds an MBA from Colorado State University and is pursuing advanced education in project management at Stanford University.
