Jose Renato Guerra

Jose Renato Guerra is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at CoreFX Ingredients LLC since October 2024, Jose previously held the position of Vice President Operations at FFP, overseeing coffee operations at multiple sites. With a strong background in plant management at companies such as Green Plains Inc. and Tate & Lyle, Jose has successfully directed production operations, developed strategic plans, and ensured compliance with quality and safety standards. Jose's earlier roles include leadership positions at Imerys and Ecolab, providing expertise in industrial operations, project management, and cost reduction initiatives. Jose holds an MBA from Ibmec and degrees in chemical engineering and brew master from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and Technische Universität Berlin respectively.
