Xenia Polychronis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and merchandising within the fashion and houseware industries. Currently serving as an Account/Product Development Manager at Core Home since May 2021, Xenia is responsible for the design, development, and execution of various houseware products and manages cost negotiations for optimal margins. Previously, Xenia held the position of Merchandiser for the contemporary women's sub-brand HARPER & LIV at Rafaella, overseeing its successful launch. Xenia's earlier career includes roles as an Associate Merchandiser and Senior Product Coordinator at Rafaella Sportswear, where responsibilities ranged from leading design meetings to supervising product coordination teams. Xenia's experience also includes writing for TRIM magazine and completing an internship at Tahari, ASL. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media Studies and Psychology from Rutgers University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Raritan Valley Community College.
