Daisy Nguyen

Daisy Nguyen is a Regional Real Estate Manager overseeing one million square feet of retail properties throughout Los Angeles county. With more than a decade of industry experience, she has established herself as a skilled manager and mentor within her teams and on behalf of private and institutional clients.

Ms. Nguyen’s primary responsibilities include client, vendor and tenant relations; lease negotiations and construction management, as well as financial analysis, forecasting and procurement. She joined Coreland Companies in 2018 as Real Estate Manager and was promoted to her current role in 2019 with the expansion of her portfolio and strategic responsibilities.

In previous roles, Ms. Nguyen’s spent six years with Davis Partners for which she oversaw one million square feet of industrial flex and retail. She was retained in the position when her six-property portfolio was sold from Walton to Blackstone. Ms. Nguyen also spent time with Rexford Industrial as a Portfolio Manager overseeing eight buildings and over 300 industrial and retail tenants.

Ms. Nguyen possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University Long Beach and holds a California Department of Real Estate Broker license.
