Anita Pawlak

Anita Pawlak has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Anita began their career in 1971 as a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Pertec, where they introduced automatic equipment for the production of printed circuit board assemblies. Anita also oversaw the facilities of the company. In 1983, Anita joined Western Digital as a General Manager of a printed circuit board assembly facility, where they managed a large team and achieved IBM's top Quality Award.

Anita then moved on to TEKELEC International Corporation in 1986 as Senior Vice President of Operations, where they played a crucial role in the company's growth and expansion into the Asian market. Anita also served as the acting President for a short period.

In 1988, Anita joined ECI, Telematics as the Director of Western Operations in Calabasas. Here, they managed Telematics's IBM contract and assisted in negotiating contracts with European customers.
