Anita Pawlak has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Anita began their career in 1971 as a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Pertec, where they introduced automatic equipment for the production of printed circuit board assemblies. Anita also oversaw the facilities of the company. In 1983, Anita joined Western Digital as a General Manager of a printed circuit board assembly facility, where they managed a large team and achieved IBM's top Quality Award.
