Joana Gonçalves

Joana Gonçalves currently serves as the Head of Talents & Culture for CoreMedia since August 2023. Previously, Joana worked at BySide from June 2018 to August 2023, initially as Head of People & Culture and later as Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included the creation and development of the people and culture department, implementation of recruitment processes, career plans, and employee engagement initiatives, as well as management of labor law matters and organizational climate studies. Joana holds a degree from Universidade do Minho, obtained between 2014 and 2018, and a Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas from Alamedas Office, which has been pursued since 2016.
