Gloria Mamwa, MCR, SLCR, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in facilities management, leadership, and strategic operations within prominent organizations. Currently serving in Global Facilities Management Strategy at Johnson & Johnson since June 2024 and as a Board Member at CoreNet Global since April 2019, Gloria has ensured 100% audit compliance through meticulous reviews and policy amendments. Prior roles include Managing Director & Regional Head of Property for Africa & Middle East at Standard Chartered Bank, where strategic planning and budget coordination contributed to the company’s long-term success. Gloria's career also includes significant contributions as Head of Property and Facilities Management in Kenya and East Africa. Earlier experience at Triad Architects involved driving substantial revenue growth in the interior design department. Gloria holds an MBA from the University of the People and a second MBA focused on Project Management from Anglia Ruskin University, along with a diploma in Interior Design from Ashworth College.
