Michael Mchenry

Mike McHenry is a Professor of Materials Science and Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University since 1989. Mike is also a Principal Investigator in the ARPA-E Solar Adept Program. In addition, Mike is the Co-Founder of Core Magnetics since March 2020. With a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Mike has a strong foundation in the field. Their experience includes roles such as Technical Evaluator at NATO AVT231, PI at ARPA-E Grantee, and Publication Chair at AIP for the Magnetism and Magnetic Materials Conference. Prior to their current positions, Mike served as a Directors Funded Post-Doctoral Associate at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
