John Martinez is a seasoned cybersecurity expert and USMC veteran, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of CoreRecon, a company established in 2015 that offers cybersecurity solutions, policies, and management for small to mid-size businesses across various sectors. In addition to leading CoreRecon, John is an Advisory Board Member at ThreatCaptain, Owner of EXOsecure and Control Center X, and Co-Founder of CyberDefend, focusing on innovative cyber-risk platforms and comprehensive cybersecurity services. John’s extensive experience includes roles as an Information Technology Security Engineer at Dell Technologies and Cyber Security Architect for both the United States Department of the Navy and another government agency, alongside a distinguished military career as a Gunnery Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, where John held leadership positions in intelligence and served in combat.
