Olena Nykytchuk has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Olena began their career in 2006 at Ukrainian Mobile Communications, where they worked as a Probationer of Customer Care Management Support and later as a Customer Care Quality Expert. Olena then moved on to Vodafone (formerly known as MTS) in 2007, where they served as a Customer Care Quality Group Leader, overseeing tasks distribution, business process optimization, and the implementation of Balanced scorecard and KPI monitoring.
In 2012, Olena joined SMTP, Inc. as a Process Manager, responsible for optimizing business processes. Olena then worked at UNISON GROUP LLC in 2013 as the Head of Project Management Methodology Division, where they created project documents and described project management methods, procedures, and instructions.
Olena's experience in the banking industry includes roles at Delta Bank, where they served as a Customer Experience Program Manager from 2014 to 2015. Olena also worked as a Business Analyst and BA Lead at Netcracker Technology from 2015 to 2017, contributing to strategic clients, collaborating with stakeholders, developing product roadmaps, and conducting business analysis acceptance testing.
Most recently, Olena has been working at CORETECH BULGARIA since 2020. Olena started as a Product Owner/Product Manager and then transitioned to the role of Product Lead in 2022.
