Calen Cyr

Calen Cyr has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. In 2020, Calen joined Coretelligent as a Configuration Engineer, where they were responsible for managing and configuring computer systems. They later transitioned to the position of Remote Support Engineer I, providing technical support to clients. They were then promoted to Remote Support Engineer II, a position they currently hold, where they continue to provide remote technical assistance.

Prior to joining Coretelligent, Calen worked at the University of Southern Maine starting in 2017 as a Student Computer Consultant IV. Their responsibilities included providing technical support to students and staff at the university. They held this position until March 2020.

Calen Cyr completed their education at various institutions. Calen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern Maine from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Southern Maine Community College from 2013 to 2016. Calen Cyr completed their high school education at Freeport High School from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Calen Cyr has also obtained several certifications. Calen completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, IT Security: Defense Against The Digital Dark Arts, Operating Systems and You: Becoming a Power User, System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services, The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking, and Technical Support Fundamentals certifications from Coursera in July 2020. Calen also received the Dirigo Leadership Level 1 certification from University of Maine Leadership Development in October 2018. Furthermore, they completed the Student Leadership Summit Completion Certification from the University of Southern Maine in April 2018 and November 2017.
