Fitzgerald Toussaint

Fitzgerald Toussaint began their work experience in 2000 as a Signal Support Systems Specialist in the US Army. Fitzgerald then worked as an Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts from 2001 to 2002. From 2004 to 2016, they held the role of Information Security Administration Specialist at State Street, where they provided login support, developed documentation, and acted as a desktop support liaison. In 2004, they also briefly worked as a Customer Service Representative at Computershare. Fitzgerald then served as an IT Systems Help Desk Technician at DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation|Photo Imaging from 2017 to 2018, where they supported and troubleshooted IT concerns. In 2018, they became a Help Desk Analyst at LiquidHub and started working as a Remote Support Engineer at Coretelligent in 2019.

From 1998 to 1999, Fitzgerald Toussaint attended Bay State School of Technology. During this time, they pursued a degree in Electronics Technology and Computer Installation/Repair.
