Joseph Rothwell has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Joseph started their career at TechStream Solution as an IT Specialist, where they worked from August 2008 to March 2013. Joseph then joined CompuCom as an IT Technician and served as the Project team leader for American Water Toughbooks from August 2013 to October 2013. Joseph later established their own business, Techspec Solutions, and worked as a Sole Proprietor IT Specialist from 2013 to June 2014, focusing on providing IT support to small businesses. From July 2014 to June 2018, they worked at Latitude 34 Technologies, Inc as a Network Engineer, where they handled various IT responsibilities, including IT support, infrastructure maintenance, cloud infrastructure planning, and project management. Most recently, Joseph has been working at Coretelligent since March 2020 as a Senior Customer Support Engineer.

Joseph Rothwell attended Bluegrass Community and Technical College from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they did not obtain a specific degree or study a particular field. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Kentucky, although the start and end years are unknown. In August 2013, Joseph obtained their A+ certification from CompTIA.
