Yahal Zilka

Yahal Zilka is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Ofek Ventures and Magma Venture Partners. He serves as Director on the boards of Gloat, Valens Semiconductor, Applitools and ScyllaDB. Yahal was an active investor and Board member at Waze (acquired by Google), Optimal Plus (acquired by NI), Onavo (acquired by Facebook), Magisto (acquired by Vimeo), Replay Technologies (acquired by Intel), DesignArt Networks (acquired by Qualcomm), Hola (acquired by EMK), Indegy (acquired by Tenable) and Phonetic Systems (acquired by Nuance). Yahal served as CFO of VocalTec Communications which pioneered VOIP, and took the company public on the Nasdaq. He is also a Board member of the Israeli Advanced Technology Industries (IATI) association.
